Eliot Lipp is so nice and puts the free downloadable mix "Live from the Beat Bunker" on his side "Electronic Beats"! This is what he writes:"Whats up Ya'll...I made a mix of some new tracks, unreleased remixes & live edits that I think you might like. " Great abstract Hip Hop! get it here.

Thes One from People under the stairs did a nice mixtape and you can download it for free here. Enjoy!

Really nice collection for Indie music from 2008 found on Liftingfaces. 26 songs from A like Aderbat to N like Notwist and finally to Z like The Thalia Zedek Band. Get the MP3s here.

In this collection you can find the band Yeasayer whose song 2080 is for sure one of my top tracks for 2008. You can find as well a link to Blogotheque`s "Take away shows". The video you can see below is one of the two you can find here - I really like them!

High Tech Soul: The Creation of Techno Music from Plexifilm on Vimeo.

For all the music and especially electronic music lovers: "High Tech Soul - The Creation of Techno Music". Focusing on the city Detroit this is a great documentary about the invention and progression of electronic music.

Sometimes, when browsing the web, you end up at strange places and wonder how you came there but I really like that free downlodable japanese roots-reagge mix "KOR-1 dj mix: far from jamaica" as well as the 30min mix by "Onimas". "Temple ATS" itself is a japanese reocord label.

Check out the free skate-clip by the Slam City Skates shop from London! After that download listen to their pretty nice podcasts here. You have to change itpc://... to http://... to get the podcasts via I Tunes or a program like juice.

"Ghostly Swim" is a fantastic compilation by Ghostly International featuring great artists like Dabrye, Michna, Mux Mool and many more. 19 Tracks - 68min of good music - get it here for free.

Really nice musicvideo by director Luis Briceno and a great hommage to the art-film-classic "Der Lauf der Dinge" from 1987 by Peter Fischli and David Weiss.

I found a broken link at wooster collective to a great music video. But like I said...it was broken...so I tried to find the original and stumbled upon Keith Schofield who already did music videos for Death Cab for Cutie, The Notwist, Supergrass and a lot more. The video I was looking for is for the song "Toe Jam" by "The Brighton Port Authority". So just go to Keith Schofield´s website or click the direct link and enjoy a high quality version of one of the hottest youtube clips right now!

The wired magazine started the Wale interview with these words: "Think of this as the portrait of the artist about to blow up." Wale, one of the hottest MCs from the states right now put out a mixtape called "The mixtape about nothing", get it for free here.
