The Equipment for this work is made up of a Laptob, a Projector, a Camcorder + tripod, a emergency generator and a lot of cables. The aim was to be as mobile as possible and not to spend too much money.

If the Software you use for producing the image runs at home it will do the same wherever you are, the only thing you need is a video output for the projector. For the "Live" projections Max/MSP Jitter is used.

For power generation I´m using a Eurom 950i Digital-Generator. 10kg, 650Watt 3-5 hours working with one filling (4l of gas) -200€-

The Projector is a Hitachi CPX 444 with 3200 Lumen. It`s really bright for a "low" price -1400€-

The camcorder is a Canon XM2 with good "Lowlight" behaviour. Any other camcorder that can be connected to a PC will work too.

When choosing a wall think about

first of all, what is your intention (what? where? why? for whom?)

the capacity of your projector. Sometimes a small background, that can be illuminated properly is better than a big one with a dark image on it.

the surrounding sources of light.

the color and structure of the background.

the environment, do you need an audience/interaction?
